Finance Lead - US Therapeutics

📋 Description

• Develops budget and loads for Plan, LRP & LBE supporting SG&A of $300MM.
• Manages stakeholders (Therapeutic VP, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing) and provides analysis.
• Independently prepares reporting and key metric packages.
• Performs month-end journal entry analysis and preparation.
• Provides monthly budget vs actual variance analysis.
• Manages system requirements including cost/profit center structure.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in analytics, math/statistics, business, economics, finance, accounting, operations, or marketing.
• 6+ years analytics/forecasting/FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving skills; good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to triangulate diverse data sets and analytics.
• Agility to prioritize issues and assess data integrity under deadlines.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; PowerPoint skills preferred.
