📋 Description

• Own financial due diligence end-to-end: historicals, QoE, cash flow, working capital.
• Identify financial risks, normalise profitability, and produce outputs.
• Translate findings into a revised target plan with burn profile and post-acq capital needs.
• Lead valuation and SPA negotiations; ensure financial terms are reflected in legal docs.
• Post-merger integration: PMI workstream, reporting, cash management, and Day 1 controls.
• Enhance finance reporting between deals across international entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Manager in Transaction Services at a top-tier firm (Eight/Alvarez & Marsal/Accuracy)
• Full French and English fluency
• Proven track record owning financial due diligence end-to-end
• Deep mastery of financial analysis in deal contexts (QOE, EBITDA, WC)
• Project ownership: define plan, coordinate legal, tax, commercial and ops
• Entrepreneurial mindset: build from scratch with limited internal playbook
