Finance - M&A & Finance reporting

📋 Description

• Own the financial due diligence workstream end-to-end.
• Analyze historical financials, QoE, balance sheet, cash flows.
• Translate findings into a revised target business plan and funding needs.
• Reduce reliance on external advisors by building in-house capability.
• Own the Finance PMI workstream: integrate acquired entities into reporting.
• Improve Finance reporting between deals across international entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Manager in Transaction Services at a top-tier firm (M&A/audit experience).
• Full French and English fluency.
• Proven track record of owning financial due diligence end-to-end.
• Deep mastery of financial analysis in a transaction context (QoE, EBITDA, WC).
• Project ownership: define plans, coordinate streams, run weekly cadence.
• IFRS 17 fluency and/or tax analysis is a plus.
