Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead budgeting and forecasting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
• Build and maintain financial models, templates, dashboards tracking spend and costs
• Analyze SaaS and business metrics; translate into actionable recommendations
• Advise stakeholders on financial insights to improve performance
• Lead deep-dive customer analysis (bookings, retention, churn) for strategy
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, Legal, and Finance to design comp and pricing plans

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, macros, complex data work
• PowerPoint for executive presentations
• Experience building financial models and dashboards using Tableau
• Familiarity with Workday Financials and HubSpot CRM
• Comfort with SQL or similar tools to pull and analyze data
• Genuine interest in using AI tools to improve financial work
