Finance Manager (12 months Contract)

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance to manage month-end/quarter-end close and IFRS parallel books; prepare/review
• Coordinate financial statements, regulatory reporting, audits, management reporting, and forecasts
• Provide financial insights to senior mgmt; support leadership reviews and decision-making.
• Perform financial analysis, business case assessments, and modelling for strategic initiatives and
• Drive process improvements via automation, reporting enhancements, and dashboards.
• Act as contact for regulators/auditors and oversee outsourced finance providers and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA/ACA or equivalent.
• Min 6 years in finance, accounting, audit, or advisory in tech/fintech/financial services etc.
• Min 5 years in a regulated business environment.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and modelling experience.
