Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead monthly closing (P&L, cash flow)
• Analyse monthly reports; identify variances
• Monitor cash flow and transactions
• Track ops/finance KPIs (ARR, churn, CAC & LTV, ACV, burn)
• Support CFO with monthly finance deck
• Provide dashboards/models for decision making

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years experience
• 3+ years in financial audit/transaction services
• 2+ years in FP&A or finance in tech startup
• Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, HR
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Ability to present to executives (board decks)
