📋 Description

• Own end-to-end finance function for your remit, scalable for growth.
• Design and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Partner with operational leaders to embed finance in decision-making.
• Build budgets, forecasts, P&L, cash flow, and working capital plans.
• Analyze performance, identify risks, and provide senior insights.
• Support expansion into new markets with financial analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with professional accounting qualification and post-qualification experience.
• Strong operational finance experience with process and control improvements across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing audit, tax, statutory, legal, banking, payroll, or external advisor relationships.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and analytics; translate data into recommendations.
• Commercially minded with ability to understand operational drivers and support decisions beyond accounting.
• Self-starter with urgency, ownership, and startup mindset; hands-on in fast-paced environments.
