Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Assist with compiling the annual budget and long-range planning with accurate inputs.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate recording.
• Prepare monthly results analysis and variance reporting with frequent business-led communication.
• Assist in the completion of detailed forecasts and monthly outlooks.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities and scalable FP&A processes.
• Complete NBA, NHL, G-League and AHL financial reporting packages and surveys.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or MBA a plus, but not required
• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle and Hyperion planning or similar systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
