Own the corporate financial model, steering variance analysis and building scenario models to
Oversee recurring revenue tracking, reconcile subscription records with the general ledger, and
Administer sales commission plans and multi-tiered variable compensation with leadership alignment.
Drive end-to-end AP/AR processes and optimize monthly close cycles using QuickBooks.
Maintain equity logs and cap table management for board-level reporting and financing prep.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in finance within a fast-paced software/tech startup.
Credentials: CA/CPA/CFA strongly preferred.
Tech Stack: QuickBooks Online, Stripe Billing/Maxio, Carta; automated AP/AR (Ramp, Bill.com).
Core Competencies: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, multi-scenario forecasting, dashboards.
