Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Oversee day-to-day accounting: GL, AP/AR, treasury, fixed assets, close.
Review and approve journals, reconciliations and key schedules.
Ensure timely monthly results, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
Own statutory reporting, audits, tax and VAT/GST across jurisdictions.
Drive finance process improvements, ERP upgrades and automation.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance with ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent.
10+ years in accounting/finance with leadership of teams.
Experience across multiple entities/jurisdictions, including audits.
ERP systems: NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar.
Advanced Excel and automation of processes.
BI tools such as Power BI or OneStream.
