Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Drive GTM planning, forecasting, and budgeting (long-term, annual, monthly)
• Partner with senior GTM leaders across Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success
• Build financial models aligning Corporate and GTM priorities
• Develop and monitor GTM sales productivity metrics
• Deliver analyses of financial results and key drivers
• Present insights to senior management to inform decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years finance experience in high-growth tech (SaaS/Cloud/Security/AI)
• Sales/Marketing finance experience; GTM partner preferred
• Deep understanding of P&L, unit economics, and SaaS metrics
• Familiarity with GTM metrics: pipeline, LTV/CAC, contribution margin
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentations; ability to present to senior GTM leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
