📋 Description

• Finance partner for R&D incl Engineering/Product
• Own planning cycle: monthly close, forecasting, annual planning
• Track AI costs end-to-end: model usage, GPU, licenses, headcount
• Develop ROI methodologies to guide AI investments
• Monitor AI spend efficiency vs revenue; surface trends
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to tie costs to usage

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A or related finance experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics/Accounting
• Expert in financial modeling; FP&A systems (Workday, NetSuite); Excel mastery
• Autonomous with budget, forecasting, investments
• Strategic thinker; assess risk across a large portfolio
• Curious about AI cost structures; translate to business terms
