Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end month-end close processes for multiple APAC entities under IFRS and local
• Take ownership of statutory audits with external auditors to ensure timely local reporting; build
• Ensure financial data and components of financial requests are completed on time with sufficient
• Work with outsourced partners to provide financial information and ensure deliverables are timely
• Partner with APAC Controller and International team to optimize core financial workflows including
• Coordinate with Global Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to maintain financial data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Qualified Accountant designation (CA, CPA, or equivalent global certification)
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive accounting experience; mix of Big 4 public accounting and
• Proven experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Asset/Crypto space
• Deep proficiency in IFRS and strong operational understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
