Identify resource needs for groups: headcount, capex, refurb costs, Opex
Work with production/engineering to define KPIs and analyze performance vs targets
Partner with business unit leaders to prepare financial analyses for decisions
Collaborate with supply chain to track financial obligations as we scale
Partner with accounting for financial close analysis and group reporting
Provide insight on spending variances and department-level reporting

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of experience in finance or operations
Master’s degree in business administration
ERP databases and SQL programming experience
Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible; based in Starbase, TX onsite
