Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee financial management, accounting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, financial
• Ensure compliance with USDA requirements, Winrock policies, and Bangladesh laws and regulations.
• Manage and enforce internal controls, ensuring accurate and documented financial transactions.
• Support budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting, monitoring expenditures against
• Oversee accounting, cash management, banking, and reconciliation processes.
• Supervise the Bookkeeper and mentor finance staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably for international development or
• Experience with USDA, USAID, or other U.S. Government funded programs strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience with Bangladesh statutory compliance, banking, payroll, and tax requirements
