📋 Description

• Finance Manager for a Berlin-based, on-site role.
• Own end-to-end accounting: bookkeeping, VAT, DATEV, and automation.
• Drive group reporting, consolidation, and advisory coordination.
• Build a scalable finance function for a fast-growing, profitable business.
• Office-based in Berlin with equity option for Berlin employees.

🎯 Requirements

• In-house accounting experience: AR/AP, reconciliations, monthly close.
• DATEV Rechnungswesen or similar system experience.
• Intercompany and multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Automation mindset; design connectors and workflows.
• German GAAP fluency; IFRS awareness a plus.
• Independent starter with ownership and initiative.
