Finance Manager, AMER

📋 Description

• Use AI tools to drive controllership improvements across the Americas.
• Review and prepare monthly close for AMER entities with shared services.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage statutory audits, regulatory filings, and auditor relations.
• Support global group reporting, quarterly close, and consolidation.
• Advise Product/Engineering/Business on accounting for new products and changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting in fintech.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
• Proven experience in financial controlling roles with process improvements and scaling.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Pigment FP&A, Looker; Big Four or CPA preferred.
