📋 Description

• Prepare financial reports and analyze data to support decisions
• Conduct analyses to increase profits and optimize cash flow
• Manage project budgets and monitor usage against plans
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations: payments and transactions
• Support bank/EMI/PSP account setup with KYC/compliance
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2–3 years in IT, Big4, multinational consulting/audit, or FMCG
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
• IFRS knowledge and accounting principles
• Strong analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented with sound decisions
• English communication; proactive team player with process-improvement mindset
