Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, cash management, revenue and
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and payments are processed on time.
• Monitor organization-wide cash flow, prepare quarterly reconciliations, support financial statement
• Oversee monthly budget-versus-actual reporting, collaborate with Program teams on financial
• Maintain and improve internal financial systems and workflows, including tools for accounting
• Partner with the Donor Engagement team to prepare financial reports for donors, grants, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing finance operations, accounting activities, and budgets, including
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards for nonprofit organizations and compliance requirements
• Experience managing accounts payable, cash flow, revenue and expense tracking, financial
• Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly with Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Sage Intacct
• Ability to coordinate payroll-related activities, maintain accurate employee compensation records
• Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple
