📋 Description

• Own headcount management and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate source
• Construct & present monthly and quarterly review of various pillars in the CRO and CBO’s org to
• Bookings by Product / team
• Expense by type / team
• RoI/Cost-benefits ratios and other KPIs of various supporting orgs
• BvA explanations to Finance Executive Leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• 7+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship with key
• Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to
