Finance Manager (Investments)

📋 Description

• Own month-end close end-to-end; review journals and balance sheet.
• Prepare draft management accounts and the MDA with P&L variances and KPIs.
• Prepare annual IFRS statutory FS and liaise with external auditors.
• Design and document CCUK controls framework aligned to Big Four standards.
• Lead annual budget cycle and quarterly reforecast; build models in Google Sheets and NetSuite.
• Oversee finance for major projects: CCUK v2, Stockbroking, Cards, ICARA.

🎯 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA with post-qualification FCA experience.
• IFRS knowledge; prepare statutory financial statements.
• FCA regulatory reporting: ICARA, RegData, capital & liquidity.
• CASS 7 knowledge; client money segregation obligations.
• Hands-on FP&A: modelling, budgets, rolling forecast, variance analysis.
• UK tax experience: corporation tax, VAT (partial exemption), transfer pricing.
• Treasury in multi-bank, multi-currency env; Kyriba familiarity.
• NetSuite (ERP) and advanced Excel; BI tools.
