Finance Manager, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Marketplace P&L (revenue and expenses), driving data analyses for the
• Build and maintain complex and dynamic forecasting models that track Marketplace potential vs.
• Develop enhancement models for initiatives such as Top-Up programs, pricing reviews, merchandising
• Translate high-level revenue and volume targets into actionable, customer-tier-level operating
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile reporting discrepancies, improve data integrity, and increase
• Deliver Marketplace forecasting materials to support FP&A and Board deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic analytics or FP&A within a fast-paced, data-driven
• Strong background in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive forecasting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and querying languages (SQL).
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, arrays, pivots, lookups, conditional logic).
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into compelling, executive-ready
