Finance Manager R&D - Oncology

📋 Description

• Conduct scenario planning and costing of clinical studies to support portfolio submissions, key
• Monitor study progress and revise study estimates with timely and relevant causals rationale for
• Adhere to the forecasting best practices and utilization of the R&D clinical cost calculator
• Develop a deep understanding of clinical trial cost interdependencies to provide clear, actionable
• Provide relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle; develop meaningful management reporting
• Prepare and present financial insights in discussions with R&D Therapeutic and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; degree in Finance and/or Health/Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant finance experience.
• Strong team player with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration in dynamic
• Demonstrated willingness to question assumptions and constructively challenge the status quo to
