Finance Manager (Remote Mexico)

📋 Description

• Own the month-end close: revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and a close
• Manage recurring, project, and variable (percent-of-spend / programmatic) revenue, including
• Manage our accountant and oversee AP, AR, payroll entries, and multi-country (US, Canada, Mexico
• Maintain clean, documented, audit-ready books, supported by strong internal controls and
• Oversee billing accuracy and collections in partnership with account teams.
• Maintain monthly client and divisional P&Ls, allocating staff costs from time-tracking data

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in accounting and/or FP&A, ideally with experience in both.
• Hands-on month-end close ownership under GAAP, including revenue recognition for service businesses.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets (SUMIFS, lookups, and driver-based models should be
• Experience in professional services, agencies, or SaaS, where margin is driven by people and time.
• Familiarity with NetSuite (or similar ERP) and time-tracking tools like Harvest a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
