Finance Manager, Revenue

📋 Description

• Serve as primary FP&A partner to leaders across Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, and Ops.
• Own annual budgeting and rolling forecasting for G&A (headcount, Opex).
• Lead monthly business reviews with G&A leaders; use variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments in headcount, software, and initiatives.
• Own headcount planning and capacity models; translate hiring into financial impact.
• Define and maintain operational KPIs and communicate key drivers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field preferred.
• Strong business judgment; link metrics to revenue and growth.
• Excellent presentation skills with PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; scalable financial modeling.
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or subscription models preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, Anaplan, Salesforce or Claude/Codex a plus.
