Finance Manager, Technology FP&A

📋 Description

• Strategic financial partner to the newly formed organization
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead due diligence for acquisitions and post-close budgets
• Partner on pricing, packaging, and product-margin models
• Lead deal structuring and margin analysis for large enterprise deals
• Translate pricing dynamics into actionable leadership insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A experience
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• MBA, Big 4 accounting, or investment banking a plus
• Proficiency with FP&A systems; Anaplan and Workday a plus
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Slides; strong financial modeling
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS a plus
