Finance Manager, US Commercial Compliance Data Insights & Analytics

📋 Description

• Support the US Commercial Therapeutics and Aesthetics businesses by ensuring accurate submission of
• Maintain the inventory of transparency data sources and the associated financial system data
• Review quarterly data source reconciliations across team members and maintain a master inventory of
• Partner with the team to identify and implement work process efficiencies (e.g., automating manual
• Lead the execution of speaker program spot monitoring activities, to include summarizing data
• Leverage technology, including AI and data mining tools such as Dataiku, to automate and enhance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or business technology required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in audit, finance, or accounting.
• Strong technical skills with PowerBI (including Power Query) and Dataiku preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal business
