Finance Manager - West Operations

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze Operations Finance data to boost revenue.
• Diagnose complex situations and present solutions to business leaders.
• Guide regional leaders on financial performance and budget responsibility.
• Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Tackle FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, and related analytics.
• Assist analysis of major transactions (sales, acquisitions, capex).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations.
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong data modeling experience
• Strong business writing skills
• Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus
