Finance Officer- Asset Manager Services (DFSA & DIFC)

📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, auditors, banks, tax advisers, and other
• Oversee preparation and submission of regulatory returns, financial statements, management
• Monitor capital adequacy, liquidity, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Stay ahead of regulatory and accounting developments
• Support client authorisations, licence variations, business plans, and financial projections
• Ensure statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations are met

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent expertise
• Experience in financial services, accounting, Private Equity, Real Estate, or corporate sectors
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS
• Minimum 8 years in accounting, financial reporting, or similar
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing management accounts and IFRS financial statements
