Finance Operation specialist

📋 Description

• Incentives focal point for Finance, Legal, and HR aspects.
• Administer all aspects of the company's equity plan (including new grants, vestings, exercises
• Administration of international payroll with 3rd parties professional offices.
• Treasury assistance and bank relationship management.
• Perform month-end closing accounting procedures and assist with public reporting.
• Manage relevant tax aspects in the various jurisdictions related to Payroll and Equity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree — preferably in Economics/Accounting/Law or equivalent.
• Experience with equity management, administration tools and related aspects.
• Experience with treasury management and banking aspects.
• Deep knowledge of Finance, Legal, and HR aspects.
• Prior work in High-Tech companies.
• Experience with AI tools Finance.
