Finance Operations - Analyst

📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day AP processing and vendor inquiries in NetSuite.
• Process payment batches, corporate card uploads, and month-end close.
• Support daily cash clearing and banking reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and deadlines.
• Collaborate with US and India teams across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years AP or finance operations experience.
• MS Excel: lookup formulas, pivot tables, data reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems; preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of AP workflows, banking ops, internal controls.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication; US/India overlap (4pm-1am IST).
