Finance Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own invoicing, payables and collections end-to-end so Juro gets paid efficiently, accurately and
• Support month-end so leadership can trust the numbers
• Contracts are turned into accurate invoices with minimal rework
• Ensure customers pay on time and suppliers are paid accurately across UK and US entities
• Maintain an up-to-date view of what’s owed in and out, and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Reconciliations are accurate and on time, flag escalations early

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with both AR and AP: raising invoices, handling billing queries, chasing payments or
• Primary point of contact for customers or suppliers on billing and payments
• Experience with month-end tasks like bank or ledger reconciliations
• Day-to-day use of finance systems (NetSuite, Rillet, Xero, Ramp or similar)
• Ability to read contracts carefully enough to know what should be invoiced, when, and what’s unclear
• Proactive in noticing repetitive manual work and wanting to fix it with better spreadsheets
