Finance Operations - Associate

📋 Description

• Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close in NetSuite.
• Maintain GL hygiene and ledger postings.
• Perform bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations.
• Update Prepaids, Fixed Assets schedules.
• Prepare vendor, agency, contractor accruals, and severance.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to SOPs and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA(Finance) or M.Com or Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
• 2–3 years in U.S. accounting, GL maintenance, or finance ops.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong MS Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of accruals, prepaid amortization, and bank/GL reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across US/India time zones (4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST).
