Finance Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Support long-term planning and annual valuation workstreams
• Facilitate and track action items for monthly Exec Team reviews, bi-weekly Finance Leadership
• Co-lead the preparation of investor data rooms, forward-looking financial projections, and
• Own the end-to-end production of Finance content for quarterly Board of Directors decks and monthly
• Execute deep-dive unit economic analyses into cohort retention, customer acquisition payback, and
• Monitor cash burn, runway scenarios, headcount growth plans, and budget-vs-actual variances in

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, finance operations, investment banking, or corporate
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role overseeing FP&A, capital allocation, unit
• Proven track record scaling operations and financial infrastructure at a previous company (e.g.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• Experience operating in hardware, logistics, supply chain, or deep tech environments
• Experience acting as a strategic partner to engineering, product, and operations leaders
