Finance Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own and manage the full draw cycle for active development projects across multiple lenders
• Prepare and submit draw requests with cost certifications, inspections, title updates, and lien waivers
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure timely funding
• Maintain a master draw schedule and proactively flag delays or funding risks
• Track draw disbursements against approved budgets and flag variances
• Review closing documents, title commitments, settlement statements, and HUDs prior to closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in real estate development finance or construction lending
• Strong understanding of construction loan mechanics: draws and covenants
• Experience managing schedules and liaising with brokers and lenders on coverage compliance
• Strong financial literacy; reading loan agreements and building cashflow models
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communicator; manage lender relationships across teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; build tools and trackers others rely on
