🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in finance operations, accounting, or financial control
• Strong fluency with bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and close
• Experience in early- or growth-stage product businesses
• Comfortable leading process design and system implementation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and scalable operations
• Able to collaborate across levels and functions with independence
