🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• 12-15+ yrs experience in Finance Operations or Process Optimization, including 8+ years managing/
• Ability to identify and implement financial processes optimizations to drive greater efficiency
• Ability to monitor the risk environment and provide insights to enable effective financial risk
• Ability to manage complex work environments and projects
• Ability to lead a team and develop processes
