Finance Operations Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Oversee AP: invoices processed and suppliers paid on time.
• Approve supplier payments per internal policies; manage liquidity.
• Oversee AR: billing accurate, timely; monitor aged debtors.
• Sign off month-end close across AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Admin finance systems (NetSuite, Expensify, Spendesk, ZIP) and SOPs.
• Drive process improvements and embed ZIP across AP workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing AP and AR in fast-paced multi-entity env.
• Comfortable leading a small team (2) and handling multi-currency data across entities.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications bonus or currently studying.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; NetSuite experience a plus.
• Proven ability to improve finance ops via documentation, controls, automation, or tooling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to escalate when needed.
