📋 Description

• Cash flow oversight: forecast weekly cash needs.
• A/P and vendor management: optimize payment timing for global suppliers.
• Process documentation: develop and maintain Finance SOPs.
• Payroll and admin: manage payroll via Gusto; reimbursements and deductions.
• Financial reporting support: assist lending reporting and coordinate with CPAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep cash flow knowledge for a physical-product brand.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or Xero.
• 3-5 years in finance or accounting operations; ecommerce a plus.
• Ability to build and document financial processes from scratch.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and aging reports.
