Lead strategic and operational goals for procurement processes: intake, requisitions, PO
Manage outsourced procurement work and ensure SLAs are met
Drive key procurement initiatives to transform systems and processes
Establish regular metrics to drive cost efficiencies, utilization, and compliance
Support international Legal Entity P2P setup and related systems and processes
Liaise with Business Systems Engineering to prioritize new features based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
8+ years in Finance Operations or Process Optimization
5+ years with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, and/or Ariba Guided Buying)
5+ years leading an outsourced operation
