Finance Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate finance payments and reconciliation with banks, PSPs, and internal teams.
• Own onboarding of banks/PSP: accounts, integrations, docs, stakeholders.
• Monitor daily operation accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage onboarding and due diligence for financial partners.
• Improve process quality, costs, and efficiency in payment flows.
• Prepare docs for audits and regulatory requests; maintain partner records.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in financial operations, payments, banking/PSP onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of EU/Austrian banking ops, payment flows, KYC/AML.
• Hands-on experience with payments, reconciliations, or bank accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English; Excel; ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite).
