📋 Description

• Process financial transactions (commissions, refunds, invoicing, collections).
• Prepare month-end reconciliations; resolve variances.
• Assess transaction accuracy and identify anomalies before reporting.
• Escalate issues to the Finance Operations Manager with context and action.
• Collaborate with internal departments to verify information for processing and reporting.
• Maintain financial controls and SOPs; contribute to process improvements and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years in finance ops or accounting; proficiency in AP/AR, reconciliations, or commissions.
• Travel industry experience is an asset.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Critically evaluate financial data; identify discrepancies; resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
