Finance Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own billing and invoicing across multiple business units from start to finish.
• Reconcile complex data between internal dashboards and SAP, ensure data integrity.
• Manage the finance inbox and serve as primary contact for partner requests.
• Ensure accurate payment flows and maintain data consistency across systems.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Finance Operations / Accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and process mindset
• Interest in systems, data flows and automation
• Open mindset with focus on change and process improvements
• Fluent in German and English
