Finance Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and
• Manage complex transformation and change initiatives across Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resource allocations and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across business and technology

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within banking, financial services or
• Proven track record of delivering complex business, regulatory or technology transformation
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial processes and the regulatory environment.
• Experience working with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery
• Strong experience in project planning, budget management, governance, RAID management and executive
