Finance - Regional Finance EMEA - Senior Analyst/ Associate

📋 Description

• Prepare quarterly EMEA management packs (P&L, AuM, monetization, deployments) and key metrics.
• Manage OPEX reporting with offshore and local finance stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly strategy head reports with KPIs and variances by deal and fund.
• Support EMEA budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial models across entities.
• Develop dashboards and templates to improve visibility of expenses and KPIs.
• Partner with deal teams, London Finance and central FPA to provide timely analytics for regional leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Qualified chartered accountant with ~5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial control or corporate finance; financial services/asset management preferred.
• Experience preparing senior management packs and KPI reporting with executive commentary.
• Month-end close responsibilities including journals, accruals and reconciliations (IFRS/GAAP).
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream.
