Finance & Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
• Review accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Prepare and review financial statements under Lux GAAP and support Group reporting under IFRS
• Oversee the work of the external fiduciaire and other accounting service providers, including
• Coordinate Finance-owned regulatory and prudential reporting to the CSSF and other relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in managing end-to-end accounting cycles and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS reporting standards
• Experience with statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g., CSSF) in a regulated financial environment
• Strong understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties
• Experience in tax compliance (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax)
• Experience with treasury, cash flow, and liquidity management
