Finance Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to design and build POCs that demonstrate value to prospective customers
• Translate customer requirements into Abacum models and dashboards
• Work across industries, quickly ramping on new business models and metrics
• Own and maintain demo environments aligned with GTM needs
• Create new demo assets and use cases for segments, industries, and sales motions
• Bring new product developments into demo environments, translating features into compelling, real-world scenarios
• Help shape repeatable POC frameworks, demo templates, and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in FP&A, Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency)
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, cohorts)
• B2B and/or B2C business models
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems quickly with a commercial mindset
• High learning velocity — comfortable picking up new tools (e.g. Abacum) fast
