Finance & Strategy AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the data foundation and AI roadmap for Finance & Strategy.
• Design, build, and operate pipelines connecting financial systems (Databricks, NetSuite, Workday
• Develop AI workflows for forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, BizTech, PeopleOps, Accounting on system workstreams across teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and govern data with quality standards and access controls.
• Document, train, and support end users to drive adoption across the Finance org.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Info Systems or comparable experience.
• 8+ years building data pipelines, integrations, and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on experience with LLM apps, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and API interactions.
• Experience with SQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience with data platforms/warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and
