Finance & Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial plans and forecasts aligned with our strategic objectives, and
• Implement scalable practices in financial close and accounting processes, partnering with our
• Collaborate with various departments to distill complex financial data into real-time insights that
• Lead end-to-end efforts to enhance and automate financial processes and systems with AI tooling
• Work on a number of strategic areas alongside the Finance Leaders, including board & investor

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Big 4 Audit, Transaction Services, Investing, Management Consulting or a
• Additional cross-functional FP&A operating experience in a fast-paced technology and/or
• Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and data
• Systems architect mindset, focus on building / simplifying products and processes, willingness to
• Experience researching, summarizing, and presenting complex financial data to non-financial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
