📋 Description

• Own the Mexico financial plan: budget, forecasts, long-range planning
• Define and track KPIs linking financial outcomes to operations
• Build scalable dashboards for real-time visibility into health
• Analyze portfolio, credit, and customer performance trends
• Support capital markets initiatives and strategic transactions
• Structure ambiguous, high-priority problems and drive execution

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in strategic finance or analytics roles
• Strong financial modeling: forecasts, scenarios, credit modeling
• Familiar with CAC, LTV, ROAS and unit economics
• Able to structure ambiguity and drive execution
• Comfortable switching between data details and leadership recs
• SQL proficiency; interest in AI tools and automation
